How it works

The recovery process, step by step

From the moment you refer an account to the day the funds land, here is exactly what happens — and what you'll see in the portal at every stage. No upfront fees, no lock-in, no surprises.

  1. 1Day 0

    Refer & appraise

Send us the account through the client portal or a short form. A specialist reviews it free and tells you, in plain terms, whether it is worth pursuing and how we will approach it — before any cost is incurred.

  2. 2Days 1–7

    First contact & demand

We open a professional dialogue with the debtor and issue a formal letter of demand setting out the amount owed and a clear deadline. Most accounts that resolve at all resolve right here, without escalation.

  3. 3Days 7–30

    Negotiate & arrange

Where a debtor cannot pay in full straight away, we negotiate a structured payment arrangement that gets you paid while keeping the commercial relationship intact. Every arrangement is documented in writing.

  4. 4Days 30–60

    Resolve & settle

The account is paid — in full or under the agreed arrangement. Funds are reconciled and remitted to you, and you watch every movement happen in real time in the client portal.

  5. 5As required

    Escalate if needed

If direct recovery stalls, we advise on escalation — formal action through the appropriate court or referral to a solicitor — so you can make an informed call. You are never locked in, and the account is always yours.

  6. 6Outcome

    Recovered & closed

Recovered funds reach your account and the case closes. Our commission comes only from what we actually collect — if we recover nothing on an account, you pay nothing for it.
