Yes. A payment arrangement is meant to be sustainable, and circumstances change. If the plan you agreed is becoming difficult to maintain — or if you are in a position to clear it faster — you can ask us to review it.
The most important thing is to contact us before a payment is missed, not after. An arrangement that is adjusted by agreement stays on track; one that simply stops can cause the account to revert to ordinary recovery.
To request a change, contact us or submit a fresh Request a Payment Arrangement with the new amount and frequency you can manage. We consider every reasonable proposal fairly.
