The simplest way to start is the Request a Payment Arrangement form. You tell us what you can afford and how often you can pay, and we review every reasonable proposal fairly.
The ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline encourages flexible, sustainable arrangements that take a person’s circumstances into account. Being open with us about your situation helps us consider your request properly — and starting the conversation early always gives you more room to negotiate.
