How do I get a copy of my statement?

Payments & arrangements

You can request a full statement of your account — every charge, payment and adjustment — at any time. Use the Request a statement page, or ask from within the portal.

To protect your privacy, we verify your details and then send the statement to the contact we hold on file, usually within one to two business days. You can ask for it by email or by post.
