Can I set up a payment plan online?

If you can’t pay an account in full straight away, you can propose a payment plan. Log in to the portal and use the Propose a payment plan option to tell us how much you can pay and how often.

We consider every request fairly and will be in touch to confirm an arrangement. Setting up a manageable plan early is always better than letting an account drift — it keeps your options open and stops the matter escalating.
