Yes. When you pay by card, you’re taken to a secure, hosted payment page run by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered there, not on our website — Merion never sees or stores your card number.
The portal itself is protected by your password, and account information is only ever shown to the verified account holder. Look for the padlock and the https:// address in your browser when you pay.
A note on safety: Merion will never ask for your full card details by email or text message. If you’re ever unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, don’t act on it — contact us using the phone number published on this website.
