If an online account has been set up for you, you’ll receive an email inviting you to set a password. Once you have, you can log in any time through the Merion portal.
At the login screen, enter either your email address or the reference number printed on your letter, along with your password. From there you can see your current balance, make a payment, set up a payment plan, and view your history.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page to reset it. If you haven’t received an invitation and think you should have, just contact us.
