How do I make a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience with Merion, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.

You can lodge a complaint using the Make a Complaint form, or by phone or email. To help us resolve it quickly, please include your full name, contact details, your reference number, a description of the complaint, and the outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, give you a point of contact, and review it fairly. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to an external body — the ACCC or ASIC, or, for financial-service debts, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), which provides free and independent dispute resolution.
