How does the complaints process work?

If you are concerned about how we have handled your account or treated you, you can make a complaint. Raising a concern is free, it is taken seriously, and it will never count against you.

The simplest way to start is the Make a Complaint form. Tell us what happened and what you would like to see put right. We will acknowledge your complaint, review it properly, and respond to you within a reasonable time.

Our full approach — how complaints are recorded, reviewed and resolved — is set out in our Complaints Policy. If your complaint relates to how an account was handled, recovery activity can be paused while we look into it.
