I’m experiencing financial hardship — what support is available?

If paying an account would cause you genuine financial hardship, please tell us. Hardship is a normal thing to raise, and the ACCC and ASIC debt collection guideline specifically encourages flexible arrangements for people in difficulty.

When you let us know about your circumstances, we can consider a sustainable payment arrangement — one that takes your ongoing living expenses into account rather than placing you under further pressure. Being candid about your overall financial position, including any other debts, helps us help you.
